I Apologize!
Dear 5th graders and parents,
I apologize for the amount of homework that was brought home last night. I was at meetings all afternoon and the sub in my room did not folllow the written directions. I am very proud of all the students who spent the time to do the assignment. You are a great class and I am pleased with your hard work. I will be passing out free homework passes tomorrow to those who did the assignment. Once again, I apologize for this mistake!

Special Visitor!
We had a special visitor on Thursday! Dr. Jerome came to Ivy Hill to see why our school is so great. She listened to some students explain our composition books (Word Books) and the tier 2 words that are being placed in them. I received an email from her today thanking us for letting her come into our room.
What's Up This Week!
