Our New Science Unit
Today we started the respiratory system. Try to find your pulse and count how many beats you have in one minute. Place your name and the number of beats in the Blog Bin and you can fill out a ticket!
This will be my 14th year of teaching at Ivy Hill Elementary School in Arlington Heights, IL. I taught 9 years in grades 4 and 5 and am currently the LMC Director. I went to Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, Illinois, Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois. I have a Masters in Education and have completed an English as a Second Language and Library Media endorsement. I am married, have 3 children, and live in Northbrook, Illinois.
