Exciting News!
I just received an email from Robert Kurson, the author of Crashing Through and Shadow Divers. He said he would be happy to come to our class! We still need to pick a date. I will keep you posted.
This will be my 14th year of teaching at Ivy Hill Elementary School in Arlington Heights, IL. I taught 9 years in grades 4 and 5 and am currently the LMC Director. I went to Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, Illinois, Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois. I have a Masters in Education and have completed an English as a Second Language and Library Media endorsement. I am married, have 3 children, and live in Northbrook, Illinois.
