Independent Reading
You have a nice long weekend ahead of you. Try to find the time to get out a good book and READ! Don't forget that your independent reading is due in November and it is already October. Enjoy!
This will be my 14th year of teaching at Ivy Hill Elementary School in Arlington Heights, IL. I taught 9 years in grades 4 and 5 and am currently the LMC Director. I went to Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, Illinois, Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois. I have a Masters in Education and have completed an English as a Second Language and Library Media endorsement. I am married, have 3 children, and live in Northbrook, Illinois.
